I recently met a woman who is highly qualified, articulate, smart, attractive, capable, and who has spent the last many years raising her beautiful family. She is now wanting to return to work. Her confidence is at an all-time low. She doesn’t see all the wonderful qualities, great skills and value she has to offer an employer. Sure, things might be a little ‘rusty’, but it’s all there! I’ve met many women in this position. So we’ll hopefully work together to get her ‘job-ready’ again. I was inspired to write a poem…the first time in a long time. I hope you like it, and perhaps can share this with someone who also needs a confidence boost. Would love to hear your comments.
